The present invention relates to a residual quantity measuring device for a high-pressure container in which liquefied gas is stored, capable of enabling easy maintenance by displaying the amount of liquefied gas charged inside a high-pressure gas container on a residual quantity measuring device attached on the outer wall of the gas container in order to enable a user to visibly recognize the amount and facilitating monitoring on the conditions of each gas container in a high-pressure gas container storage unit where multiple containers are combined at a central control center, and a high-pressure container management system including the same. A residual quantity measuring device for a high-pressure container in which liquefied gas is stored given in the present invention includes a main body which has the same curvature as the outer wall of a high-pressure gas container, the rear side of which is attached to the outer wall of the gas container, and the planar shape of which is a rectangular plate; an LED display unit which is placed at the front side of the main body and displays the amount of liquefied gas stored in the gas container (by the position of the liquid surface) by turning on LED elements on the area where the liquefied gas is stored among LED elements arranged at regular intervals between the top and the bottom of the main body; a temperature sensor unit which is placed at the rear side of the main body corresponding to the LED display unit, has thermal(temperature) sensors on each position corresponding to each LED element, and is attached to the outer wall of the gas container; a permanent magnet which is installed at the top and the bottom of the rear side of the main body; and a power input unit which supplies power to the main body.
