Provided are a control method for a cognitive radio system, a base station and a neighbour relationship, a serving base station, an adjacent base station thereof, and a cognitive radio system. The method comprises: a serving base station actively notifying an adjacent base station of the transport layer configuration information after resource reconfiguration (101); and the adjacent base station receiving the transport layer configuration information and performing a maintenance operation on the neighbour information of the serving base station saved locally (102). Also provided are a serving base station, an adjacent base station thereof, and a cognitive radio system. The method, the serving base station, the adjacent base station thereof, and the cognitive radio system can solve the problem that the change in the neighbour relationship affects terminal services. |
