The present invention provides a service processing method, device and system. The method comprises: receiving a service packet, and looking up a service routing table corresponding to the service packet according to a service identifier in the service packet, the service identifier denoting a service to be processed by the service packet, and the service routing table comprising a service label used for denoting a service feature in the service, and a routing path for processing the service feature; and setting the service label in the service packet according to the service routing table, and sending, according to the routing path, the service packet to a service processing device used for processing the service feature corresponding to the service label, so that the service processing device processes the service feature corresponding to the service label. By means of the present invention, the influence on an original service is reduced, and the expandability is improved. |
