The purpose of the present invention is to provide a Ringer's solution flow rate adjusting device for linearly controlling the flow rate, and for controlling precision in accordance with the flow rate interval. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the Ringer's solution flow rate adjusting device comprises: a body in which is formed a separating wall between an inflow port and an outflow port for a fluid; and an adjusting member which is coupled to the body, and linearly controls the size of a pathway linking the inflow port and the outflow port while reciprocating over the upper parts of the inflow port and the outflow port, with the separating wall in between.
