The present invention relates to a fish-derived collagen peptide, a manufacturing method therefor and use thereof, more particularly, to a fish-derived collagen peptide, a manufacturing method therefor and use thereof by performing two enzyme breakdown processes of raw materials containing fish scales or skin sequentially using a bacterial protease and a fungal protease whose action regions differ from each other. The enzyme breakdown process is performed by adding green tea leaves, extracts thereof, or extract by-products thereof along with the protease, and a refining process is performed by passing through columns of an adsorption resin and an ion exchange resin, thereby obtaining peptide having low molecular weight. The fish-derived collagen peptide is a high purity collagen peptide without bitterness and smell and color, and produces excellent effects of inhibiting increase in weight and abdominal fat layers and reducing content of plasma total cholesterol and triglyceride, and thereby, can be used as an effective therapeutic products and food for preventing, treating, or improving obesity. |
