An organic light emitting diode display and driving method thereof are provided to enhance the display quality by blocking the organic light-emitting diode inner current affected by the threshold voltage change of the drive TFT. The organic light emitting diode display comprises the high potential drive voltage source(VDD), and the low potential drive voltage source(VSS) and maintenance drive voltage source(VSUS). The voltage sources for driving high and low electric potentials respectively generates the high potential and low potential driving voltages. The maintenance drive voltage source generates the maintenance driving voltage between low potential driving voltages and the high potential. The organic light emitting diode display comprises includes the organic light-emitting DIODE(OLED), the driver component(DR), and the storage capacitor(Cst) and switching circuit(130).
