The spoiler (2) has a displacement unit allowing driving of the spoiler between two positions. The displacement unit is arranged to extend longitudinally on both sides of a rear window (6) and to drive the spoiler along a profile of the rear window. An airfoil forms an angle with a trajectory of movement of the spoiler, where the angle lies between 10 degrees and 30 degrees from one position towards the other position. The displacement unit is arranged to ensure a translational movement of the spoiler. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
