The method envisages preparation of recipe components, carrots blanching and milling, bulb onions milling, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, hot black pepper, allspice and laurel leaf, cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, European perch maintenance in salt solution, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the European perch and the sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
