A stylus pen is disclosed. The stylus pen comprises: a current transmitter which detects current flowing in a touch panel, extracts the detected current as transmission current, and outputs transmission voltage corresponding to the transmission current; an inverter circuit which inverts the transmission voltage to output an inverting voltage; and a control circuit which outputs a second pulse signal having phase different from that of a first pulse signal supplied to the touch panel in response to the inverting voltage.
