The present invention relates to an air resistance reducing and bow wave reducing device using the wind power of a vessel on sail which includes a blade which is installed on a deck of stern and rotated by wind blowing to the front side, a power transmission unit which receives the torque of the blade and transmits the torque to the inside of the stern of the vessel, and a fan which is installed on the stern of the vessel and reduces wave height by being rotated by the torque transmitted from the power transmission unit and sending wind toward waves of the stern; and which effectively controls the vessel and reduces energy consumption by reducing wave height of a vessel progressing direction by utilizing wind blowing from the front side of the vessel.
