The present invention relates to a reflective lighting device intended for a WDM-PON optical access network including a light source having an optical gain medium. The lighting device (OD) includes a light source having an optical gain medium (Opt Gain), the wavelength of which is automatically tuned during an optical round trip between the optical gain medium and a reflective optical component (ORC) defining the laser cavity. The reflective optical component consists of an optical amplifier (PA) combined via a reflective optical assembly with a polarising device (PD) in order for the polarisation axis of the reflected light to be the same as that of the emitted light.
