A piping connection device (30) is provided with a female block member (31) integrally affixed to a male block member (32). First piping (34) is inserted in the female block member (31). The piping connection device (30) is also provided with a water discharge passage (315) formed so as to connect a part of the outer peripheral surface of the first piping (34) and the outer surface of the female block member (31). The water discharge passage (315) is provided in the portion of the female block member (31) which has a higher heat capacity than the remaining portion of the female block member (31). As a result of this configuration, damage on the members caused by the freezing of water or the like having entered between the members is prevented.
