<p>A numerical control device includes: a counter address storage mechanism (9) for storing, when a counter (8) is selected and a registration operation is performed for the selected counter, the reference address for the selected counter and message data describing the content of the counter in a memory (10) in association with each other; a counter list display mechanism (11) for displaying in a list, when an offset is set, the current position indicated by the reference address for the counter stored in the memory and the message data describing the content of the counter; and an offset setting section (12) for reading, when one of the counters displayed in the list is selected, the current counter value at the reference address for the counter stored in the memory and writing the counter value in an offset data storage memory (3) as offset data. As a result, offset data used to correct the positions of tools or workpieces can be easily set without an error.</p> |
