FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a pharmaceutical composition with anti-inflammatory, cardio- and chondroprotective activity, action preventing gastropathies caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The above composition contains sodium diclofenac 5 - 25%, quercetin in the form of dihydrate or an anhydrous substance 10 - 40%, polyvinylpyrrolidone 10 - 50%, sodium lauryl sulphate 0.25 - 10%, microcrystalline cellulose 20 - 40%, croscarmellose sodium salt 1 - 15% and magnesium stearate 0.25 -5.0% at total weight of the composition.
