FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurophysiology, in particular to medical and clinical-psychological diagnostics and can be used to estimate degree of impairment of cognitive functions in children. 8 test tasks are shown to child by means of computer psychophysiological complex "Psychomat". 16 independent parameters are registered by 4 topic blocks, consisting of tasks in form of visual stimuli of different modality in computerised form. Child's answers are fixed by pressing panel electrosensor buttons with probe, calculation of points, gained by child in each task, is performed by the following formula:where Xmeas is value of measured parameter in patient in corresponding test, Xsr is the mean value of the norm for corresponding test and age, ?X is confidence interval of the norm for corresponding test and age, degree of impairment of cognitive functions in patient is determined by total coefficient of manifestation of cognitive changes Ytot=?Yb of each parameter of each test, and if child by totality of tests gained Ytot<-16 points, conclusion about impairment of cognitive functions in the child is made.EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure standartisation and objectification of examination procedure with maximal limitation of human factor impact.4 tbl, 2 dwg, 2 ex |
