Disclosed is a data sending method, comprising: detecting whether a wireless terminal has data to be sent to a wireless network side, wherein the data to be sent comprises signaling data or user data; if a result of detecting whether the wireless terminal has the data to be sent to the wireless network side is that the wireless terminal does not have the data to be sent, determining that a power amplifier PA of the wireless terminal is in a non-working state; if the result of detecting whether the wireless terminal has the data to be sent to the wireless network side is that the wireless terminal has the data to be sent, determining that the PA of the wireless terminal is in a working state.
