The present invention discloses a motor unit and a grill shutter driving device. The grill shutter driving device according to the present invention includes: a body unit that is interposed between a plurality of grill shutters; a motor unit that is disposed in the body unit to generate a driving force to drive the grill shutter; a control unit that controls the generation of the driving force by the motor unit; and a connection unit that provides the driving force of the motor unit to the grill shutter. The motor unit has a stator that has a plurality of windings where electric coils are wound to be magnetized, and a rotor that has a permanent magnet and magnetism and is interfered with and rotated by the magnetization of the stator. An even number of the plurality of windings are provided apart from each other in a radial shape, and only one side of the plurality of windings facing each other is wound with the electric coil because of an asymmetrical winding structure.
