<p>According to the present invention, a security transaction server: receives a security transaction request from a terminal of a security recipient; registers the security transaction request on a security transaction request list; provides the security transaction request list to terminals of a security providers to recruit a security provider; receives and registers a contract signed between both the security recipient and the security provider; establishes a security right which corresponds to a security request amount, with respect to financial assets of the security provider, in accordance with the content of the contract; provides the security right that is established to the security recipient in the form of financial assets; and exercises the security right in accordance with an expiration date of the security right or a contract annulment request, so as to provide a sales price resulting from exercising the security right to an account belonging to the security recipient.</p> |
