The part (15) has a fastening unit (11) including a leg (13) of a click-and-ratchet work with a free end supporting a head (17) and rising from a surface of the part for fixing the part by elastic fitment on a support element. The fastening unit comprises a resilient unit (23) that is placed in support against the support element to exert force in a direction of the head of the leg of the click-and-ratchet work. The resilient unit is placed at bottom of the leg of the click-and-ratchet work.
