The ribbon (10) has a set of ribs (12) that is provided parallel to each other, where the set of ribs is embossed, oriented, and is arranged perpendicular to the direction of final length (L) of the ribbon. A fabric of a coarse grain is obtained by coupling of a frame made of non-elastic yarn, and a chain that is made of non-elastic thread that is associated with a synthetic fiber wire. The non-elastic thread is covered with a double nylon coating. The frame is provided with a needle.
