Disclosed is a bioabsorbable bile duct anastomosis device. The present invention relates to a bioabsorbable bile duct anastomosis device which anastomoses a first bile duct and a second bile duct and includes a main body which is formed in a tubular shape and is made of a material which is absorbed into a living body and protrusions which are formed along the outer periphery of the main body, wherein the ends of the first bile duct and the second bile duct are connected to each other on the main body through a coupling unit and the first bile duct and the second bile duct are anastomosed when one side of the main body is inserted into the end of the first bile duct and is fixed inside the first bile duct through the protrusions, the other side of the main body is inserted into the end of the second bile duct and is fixed inside the second bile duct through the protrusions. Therefore, the present invention strengthens the anastomosis of the bile ducts and prevents stricture inside the bile ducts due to the generation of flesh after the connection of the bile ducts using stitching fiber.
