A highly versatile stator manufacturing device is provided. This stator manufacturing device (7) is equipped with: engagement parts (8) that can engage with the tip parts of extended portions (5) of multiple conductor segments (4) which are extended from multiple different extending positions in the radial direction (R) of respective slots (3) of a stator core (2); a circumferential drive unit (9) for bending the extended portions (5) by driving the engagement parts (8), which have been engaged with the extended portions (5), in a circumferential direction (C); and a radial drive unit (10) for driving the engagement parts (8) in the radial direction (R).
