<p>The purpose of the present invention is to improve the accuracy of driving-state estimation. A driving-state-distribution calculation unit (23) estimates driving state from operational information related to driving operations capable of being performed by a driver. A travel-state determination unit (21) determines vehicle travel state using at least one kind of information from among vehicle-state information, vehicle-surroundings information, and the operational information related to driving operations capable of being performed by the driver. A travel-state-effect determination unit (22) determines the effect of the determined travel state on the driving-state estimation estimated by the driving-state estimation unit, and, in cases when the effect corresponds to a set effect state, a distribution selection unit (23D) selects an estimation estimated by a second driving-state estimation unit to replace the estimation estimated by the driving-state estimation unit.</p> |
