The present invention is relates to a manufacturing method of positive electrode active material which includes lithium complex transition metal oxides and a secondary battery in which the capacity holding ratio compare to primary capacity is more than 85% in the 50 cycle which has a condition of 0.5C charging and 1.0C discharging at 45°C.
