The present invention relates to an insole for a shoe which can maintain a foot stably in accordance with a body type by only wearing a shoe because the insole has a structure capable of being molded at a low temperature to fit the shapes of a shoe and foot; reduces the fatigue of a foot by preventing the adduction of an ankle; prevents burdens on a foot and a knee induced by the falling of a foot arch; and performs a correction function for maintaining a correct posture. The present invention comprises a molding layer composed of EVA contacting with the inner bottom of a shoe and being molded by reacting at a low temperature or at a body temperature; and a surface layer to make the tactile sensation thereof better when a foot contacts with the upper surface of the molding layer, wherein the insole has a structure of filling space between a shoe and a foot while maintaining the foot of a user stably because the insole is molded at a low temperature or at a body temperature to fit the curved shape of a foot and the inner shape of a shoe with the insole placed in the shoe. |
