The present invention relates to a real-time monitoring operation method of a food waste drying apparatus and, more particularly, to a real-time monitoring operation method of a food waste drying apparatus which monitors a food waste disposal apparatus in real-time by being linked to the food waste disposal apparatus installed in a pre-established area to transmit and receive data with each other, and enables a managed target to be delivered with a check signal generated in the food waste drying apparatus in real-time, and enables the managed target to be provided with various malfunction parts and malfunction symptoms in the apparatus through the check signal accurately, and manages a number of installed food waste drying apparatuses efficiently by dispatching a management signal and a maintenance/repair person capable of solving the operation malfunction rapidly.
