The present invention relates to a building wall structure and a constructing method for a building wall structure and, more specifically, to a building wall structure comprising: a concrete wall plate which has the shape of a plate stood vertically, a lower part connected to and constructed on the floor surface of a building, and an upper part connected to and constructed on the slab or the beam of a building; a pair of first fastening pieces that are disposed at vertically constant intervals on one side of the wall plate and spaced at regular intervals from the front to the back side and which have one side protruding to the outside from one side of the wall plate, the other side buried in the wall plate, and first fastening holes bored on the protruding parts; multiple connection grooves that are formed at constant intervals vertically on the other side of the wall plate and which have the other side and the front or the rear side opened in which the protruding sides of the pair of the first fastening pieces are inserted; and second fastening pieces that are installed respectively on the portions on which multiple connection grooves are disposed and which have one side buried in the wall plate, the other side protruding to the outer side of the wall plate, and second fastening holes bored on the protruding parts. The constructing method for a building wall structure comprises: constructing the wall plate with both sides in contact with the sides of other wall plates respectively by inserting the pair of first fastening pieces, which are disposed on one side of the wall plate, into the fastening grooves formed on the other sides of other wall plates; by inserting the second fastening pieces in between the pairs of first fasting pieces; and by making connection pins to pass through the first and second fastening holes bored on the first and second fastening pieces. |
