The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for automotive vehicles, and the objective of the present invention is to improve air quality in the vehicle more effectively by associated control of an air cleaning device and a front seat air conditioning device organically, and to maintain air in the vehicle pleasantly always by preventing degradation of air quality in the vehicle even in the state that the air cleaning device is turned off forcibly. In order to achieve the objective of the present invention, the air conditioning system for automotive vehicles comprises: an air cleaning device capable of cleaning air in the vehicle; a control part for controlling the air cleaning device depending on the density of a harmful gas included in the air in the vehicle; and a front seat air conditioning device installed at the front part in the vehicle. The front seat air conditioning device comprises an intake door for controlling the extend of opening of an inner and an outer air inflow hole, and a blower for absorbing inner air and outer air and then blowing the inner air and the outer air into the vehicle. The control part operates the air cleaning device as entering into a cleaning mode and at the same time increases the inflow rate of the outer air in the vehicle by controlling the intake door of the front seat air conditioning device , when the density of the harmful gas included in the air in the vehicle is equal to or above pre-established reference density. And the control part increases the outer air inflow rate in the vehicle more than in the cleaning mode, by further increasing the rate of opening of the intake door about the outer air inflow hole as entering into a compensation cleaning mode.
