PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent power from ceasing to be discharged because driving power is not fed to a communication device provided in a device to which the power is to be discharged.SOLUTION: A ground-based transmission device 12 receives power discharged from a battery 14 of a vehicle-based transmission device 13, in a non-contact manner through a ground-based coupler 21. Under normal conditions, a controller 34 and a primary communication device 34a are fed with driving power from a first primary power storage section 24. In a case in which the driving power ceases to be fed from the first primary power storage section 24 because of disconnection or the like, the controller 34 and the primary communication device 34a are driven by power fed from a second primary power storage section 34b. The controller 34 and a vehicle-based controller 51 communicate with each other through the primary communication device 34a and a secondary communication device 51a. In a case in which signals cannot be sent or received between the primary communication device 34a and the secondary communication device 51a, power that is discharged from the battery 14 and received through the ground-based coupler 21 is fed to the second primary power storage section 34b. |
