PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a use frequency that is advantageous if it moves at high speed.SOLUTION: A communication control method determines a first position and a second position at first and second time points, stores and holds route information on movement schedule starting at the first position, stores and holds an option list comprising options respectively corresponding to different viewpoints regarding a frequency selection policy which is a viewpoint when a frequency to be used is selected, transmits the route information and the option list to a data base, receives an effective frequency information list respectively associated with respective points of the route information and the options, determines which point of the respective points the second position is the closest to, selects an applicable option from the option list as an application policy on the basis of property of information processing performed by its own device, and selects, as a use frequency, a frequency listed as corresponding to the point closest to the second position among the above mentioned respective points and the application policy among the effective frequency information list. |
