<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high performance solar cell without any short-circuit part for reducing shunt element. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of producing a solar cell including a structure body formed by laminating a first conductor layer, a photoelectric converting layer, and a second conductor layer on a substrate in this sequence, the structure body formed in the peripheral region of a first end part of the substrate is removed by irradiating the first laser (step S5), and cleaning of the second end part of the photoelectric converting layer and the second end part of the second conductor layer is performed (step S6), while the second end part of the first conductor layer is left by radiating the second laser in the emission wavelength shorter than that of the first laser to the second end part of the structure body formed by the above structure body removal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
