PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell apparatus for vehicle that improves operability of a fuel cell stack.SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 3 is disposed to be juxtaposed with a radiator 107 in the vehicle width direction in an engine room 104 in a vehicle longitudinal direction rear side more than a front member 108, and includes an intake duct 2 that leads the air to the air intake surface of the fuel cell stack 3. An intake duct 3 is disposed along the vehicle longitudinal direction to extend from the air intake surface to the front member 108, and an upside air intake port 212A and a lower side air intake port 212B of the intake duct 2 are opened at a forward of in the vehicle longitudinal direction more than the radiator 107 toward an upper grille opening 110 and a lower grille opening part 111.
