PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of coping with both of excellent heat radiation and reduction in a number of components.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 1 includes light-emitting bodies 2, a substrate 3 arranged with the light-emitting bodies 2 at one surface 311 side, a lighting circuit 4 having circuit components 41 for lighting the light-emitting bodies 2, and a cover 5 for covering the light-emitting bodies 2 and the lighting circuit 4. The lighting circuit 4 is arranged on the substrate 3. At least a part of the substrate 3 forms an outer envelope, namely, the substrate 3 includes a portion faced to the outside, and radiates heat generated from the light-emitting bodies 2 and the lighting circuit 4 to the portion faced to the outside. |
