PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed asset management apparatus capable of obtaining information necessary for reviewing fund procurement of repair work cost without a detailed statement of a construction.SOLUTION: A fixed asset management apparatus includes: on the basis of a new construction cost and a completion year of a building, repair work cost calculation means of calculating repair work cost of the building; on the basis of the new construction cost and completion year of the building, retirement loss amount calculation means of calculating a retirement loss amount of the building; and on the basis of the repair work cost calculated by the repair work cost calculation means and the retirement loss amount calculated by the retirement loss amount calculation means, loss amount calculation means of calculating a loss amount in the repair work of the building. |
