PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of facilitating a design.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises a plurality of registers, and a plurality of branch circuits coupled in a plurality of stages. A control signal is transmitted to a specific register (e.g., 121) via the plurality of branch circuits (e.g., 101 and 102). The control signal includes an address signal transmitted serially depending on a clock signal, and a marker signal indicating to which stage of the branch circuits the control signal has passed by means of a relative transition timing using the address signal as a reference. Each branch circuit selects any one set of output destinations among a plurality of sets by referring to a specified bit in the address signal defined on the basis of the marker signal in the inputted control signal, to transmit the marker signal, and transmits the address signal to the one set of output destinations or a plurality of sets of output destinations. At this time, each branch circuit shifts the transition timing of the marker signal by a predetermined number of cycles. |
