PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply pump device, capable of controlling the stop of a water supply pump when the water amount is excessively small, and controlling the pressure fluctuation when restarting the water supply pump.SOLUTION: A water supply pump device for controlling the pressure of a water supply pipe at the predetermined value is operated with the pump operating speed being fixed to the excessively small water amount range corresponding speed when the pump operating speed (the inverter frequency) is equal to or smaller than the excessively small water amount range corresponding speed, or when being equal to or lower than the speed and the predetermined time has elapsed. When the water supply pressure detected by a pressure sensor is equal to or higher than the stop pressure at this fixed speed, or equal to or higher than the stop pressure and the predetermined time has elapsed, the pump is operated for the predetermined time with the pump operating speed being dropped to the minimum speed. When the water supply pressure detected by the pressure sensor in the operation at the minimum speed is equal to or higher than the excessively small water amount corresponding pressure, or when the water supply pressure is equal to or more than the pressure and the predetermined time has elapsed, stop processing of the pump is carried out. After the pump is stopped, and when the water supply pressure detected by the pressure sensor reaches the restart pressure or the pressure thereunder, the pump is controlled to be restarted. |
