PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based film excellent in antislip properties, antistatic properties, transparency, flexibility and bag-openability; and a packaging bag made by using the film.SOLUTION: A first polyolefin-based film comprises a resin composition [I] including a polyolefin-based resin (A) and a polyolefin-based elastomer (B), which has a coefficient of friction measured according to ASTM D1894 is 0.3-1, and surface specific resistance measured according to JIS K6911 is 10-10&OHgr;/SQUARE. A second polyolefin-based film comprises a resin composition [I] including a polyolefin-based resin (A), a polyolefin-based elastomer (B) and a polyether-polyolefin block copolymer (C). A packaging bag is made by using these polyolefin-based films. |
