The present invention is provided to easily inquire securities through a security management server and a wire/wireless communication by a user terminal by applying the optical readout technology and RFID (NFC) technology to the issued securities. The present invention provides a display unit, a data recording unit (optical code or RFID TAG or NFC TAG) in which displaying items and a certain URL are recorded, a user terminal which supplies securities having issuance composite codes and includes an optical readout module or a RFID TAG or NFC TAG reader for sensing processing the data recording unit, a security authenticity inquiry application which is installed in the user terminal so that the securities can be easily inquired in the security management server, the security management server in which security issuance data and a security management program are mounted, and a security management computer and printer which are connected to the security management server, thereby making a forgery of securities difficult by the data recording unit (optical code or RFID TAG or NFC TAG) in which displaying items in the issuance of the securities and a certain URL are recorded and enabling to easily inquire the authenticity of the currently distributed securities by using the user terminal.
