The present invention relates to a modular floor plate and a modular unit using the same and provides a modular floor plate and a modular unit using the same which comprise: a deck plate which has a hollow part with an echelon form and multiple hook parts on the surface bent for the hollow part; a concrete slab formed by placing concrete on the upper part of the deck plate; a first buffering material with a plate shape which is mounted on the concrete slab; lightweight aerated concrete placed closely onto the upper part of the first buffering material; a mortar finish finished on the upper part of the lightweight aerated concrete; and a C-channel type long side beam fixated by surrounding both long sides of the layered structure composed of the deck plate, the concrete slab, the first buffering material, the lightweight aerated concrete, and the mortar finish. The modular floor plate and the modular unit using the same according to the present invention have the effects in reducing the weight of the concrete slab floor plate and an existing standard floor plate, and in meeting maintenance standards due to the excellent performance for insulating impact sound. |
