PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measuring device, an ultrasonic imaging device, an ultrasonic measuring method, etc. capable of improving not only azimuth resolution in a measurement result of an object by an ultrasonic wave, but also distance resolution.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measuring device 100 includes a transmission processing part 110 for performing the transmission of an ultrasonic wave to an object, a reception processing part 120 for performing reception processing of an ultrasonic echo for the transmitted ultrasonic wave, and a processing part 130 for performing processing for a reception signal from the reception processing part 120. For the reception signal, the processing part 130 performs specification processing for reflection intensity from a point scattering body in the object based on M (M being an integer of two or more) base waves in which phases of at least two base waves of M are mutually deviated by a phase difference shorter than a phase difference corresponding to a pulse width of a transmission pulse signal transmitted by the transmission processing part 110 or a pulse width of the reception signal for the transmission pulse signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
