The present invention provides a corrosion-resistant non-metal link and a link chain using such links, wherein the link chain is used for a chain and flight sludge collector in a water and sewage treatment plant. The present invention is a link of a non-metal link chain which is constructed by successively connecting such links through pin combination, and includes the following parts: two or more connection bars formed in a belt shape; combining parts which are integrally formed at both ends of the connection bars with a thickness bigger than that of the connection bars, and intensively respond to repeated loads and fatigue stress at the link chain; through-holes for pin combination which are prepared at the center of each combining part; and a pin roll which combines a pair of links, which are alternately arranged at the inside or outside of a neighboring link in parallel, with pins by using the through-holes of the combining parts, and is inserted between the combining parts. Therefore, the present invention reduces weight and mold costs by simplifying a structure, thereby reducing the consumption of drive power as well as improving the durability of the link chain. |
