PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head band and a head mounting device which enable a user to find excellent fit to the user's head.SOLUTION: A head band comprises: an arc-shaped band body part which is to be worn on a user's head; and a pressing force adjustment part which adjusts pressing force on the user's head by changing a curved state of the band body part.
