PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card incorporating an electronic component and exhibiting a favorable button-clicking sensation, and an assembly.SOLUTION: A card 20 incorporating an electrical substrate 11 on which a display unit 12 and the like are positioned is equipped with: a dome switch 31 positioned on the electrical substrate, and integrally formed by laminating and connecting a lower dome 32 and an upper dome 33 at a part of the outer peripheries; a cover 40 having a larger planar shape than that of the dome switch 31, and positioned above the dome switch 31; an adhesive layer 24 for adhering the interval located between a top sheet 21 positioned above the cover 40 and electrical substrate 11, and the cover 40 and the electrical substrate 11; an adhesive section 41a for adhering the cover 40 and the top face of the upper dome 33; and an outer-adhesive section 42 for adhering the cover 40 and the electrical substrate 11 in a region outside of the dome switch 31.
