PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile body information communication apparatus capable of transmitting a fixed amount of data without being affected by cosmic radiation, etc.SOLUTION: A mobile body information communication apparatus includes: a reflection means provided with reflectors which are arranged along the moving course of a mobile body and radiate a reflection wave of a prescribed polarized state when a predetermined radio wave is made incident, wherein the polarized state of the reflectors changes in accordance with external information; and a reading means which is arranged on the mobile body, radiates the radio wave toward the reflection means, receives a reflection wave from the reflection means and outputs a signal corresponding to the external information based on the polarized state of the received reflection wave. |
