PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a counter server to perform processing using an instruction in spoken language from a smart device and display an emotional replay sentence and motion of a character on the smart device according to the processing result.SOLUTION: A spoken language analysis functional unit 102 determines whether or not an instruction transmitted from an agent device in a smart device includes all of same words as keywords representing the instruction (S11) and, when determining YES, for example, transfers the instruction to a mail conjunction functional unit (S13). The mail conjunction functional unit tries to transmit/receive new mails in conjunction with a counter server (S17) and, when normally transmitting/receiving the mails, transmits a processing result, "normal" to a conversation functional unit (S19). The conversation functional unit, upon receiving the processing result, "normal", reads out an emotional reply sentence, "completed without any problem!" and motion information, "joy". A reply functional unit 104 transmits the emotional reply sentence and the motion information to the agent device. |
