PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of forming a reflecting surface by installing a reflection sheet without causing a wrinkle or the like.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 has a body chassis 2a and a light source 32, and the light source 32 is arranged at the center of the body chassis 2a to emit light to an outer periphery part 2a2 side of the body chassis 2a. The body chassis 2a has a reflection sheet 3 on the emission side of the illumination light of the lighting device 1. The reflection sheet 3 is arranged inclined so that the outer periphery 3g side may receive emission light from the light source 32, and has a plurality of cut-in parts 3c which are cut from the center to the outer periphery part 3g direction. |
