PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which eliminates the need for switching operation devices.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 100 for executing a job set thereto, includes: a communication means 11 configured to perform wireless communication with a portable terminal 300; a distance estimation means 14 configured to estimate a distance between the image processing apparatus and the portable terminal; a screen determination means configured to determine a screen to be displayed on the portable terminal according to the distance estimated by the distance estimation means; a screen configuration information generation means configured to generate screen configuration information that constitutes the screen determined by the screen determination means; and a job execution control means 15 configured to control execution of the job based on a setting condition of the job received from the portable terminal after the communication means has transmitted the screen configuration information to the mobile terminal.
