PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression test device for satisfying an actual physiological state.SOLUTION: The compression test device includes a reception unit 3, and a pressing unit 4 movable with respect to the reception unit 3. The reception unit 3 includes an outside housing, a sleeve inserted detachably into the outside housing, and a liquid supply mechanism. The liquid supply mechanism can operate to forcibly flow a culture medium into the outside housing and the sleeve. A sample unit B is arranged detachably in the outside housing. By a design of the liquid supply mechanism, a compression test can be subjected to the sample unit B, and a cell can be cultivated on the sample unit B. A relation and a change between the sample unit B and the cell can be observed in a situation simulating a real life. |
