PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell string which improves the reconnection prevention effect of a carrier, and to provide a solar cell module and a manufacturing method of a wiring sheet.SOLUTION: A solar cell string includes: a first solar cell; and a second solar cell. The first solar cell includes a first conductive type first semiconductor substrate, and an insulation film, a transparent conductive film on the insulation film, and an electrode for a first conductive type which are provided on the first semiconductor substrate. The second solar cell includes a first conductive type second semiconductor substrate and an electrode for a second conductive type provided on the second semiconductor substrate. The transparent conductive film is electrically connected with the electrode for the second conductive type. The above object is achieved by the solar cell string, a solar cell module, and a manufacturing method of a wiring sheet used for the manufacturing of the solar cell module. |
