PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method or a diagnostic agent which easily collects a specimen, can quickly and accurately perform measurement without giving a burden to a patient and can determine a periodontal disease.SOLUTION: A detection and measurement method can visually determine the existence or content of hemoglobin in a specimen (GCF) by collecting gingival crevice leachate (GCF) by filter paper of cellulose or the like and performing the determination by immunoassay using an antihuman hemoglobin monoclonal antibody, especially immunochromatography, and can easily and quickly perform operation. A diagnostic agent and diagnostic kit using the method can determine a non-invasive periodontal disease. |
